Your mom humorously shrugs as if to say "Unemployed Professor? I barely knew 'er!"

Is Unemployed Professors Legit?

People ask this all the time (even though they should be asking “Are Unemployed Professors legit?”). And we get it. If we’re so brilliant, how are we still unemployed? (Our moms want to know this, too). Why should you trust sarcastic strangers on the Internet whose entire brand revolves around unemployment and tweed? With so much fake info out there, whose opinion can you trust?

We assure you, we Unemployed Professors are legit.

Here are just a few of the reasons you can trust us:

  1. The proof’s in the prose. And we’re pros. Our essays have been commissioned by journalists for blind evaluation by (employed) professors, and they earned high marks. Seems legit to us.
  2. Darwinism, baby. We have been in business for over 11 years. Our competitors keep going out of business and getting shut down, sometimes reappearing under confusing new names. What’s more legit than surviving natural market selection?
  3. We’re not trying to fool you with fake sites, reviews, or social media. Our competitors pour money into fake reviews, confusing networks of sites, and sock puppet accounts so they can make it look like they are legit. We’re confident and our product and brand have excelled again and again, so we don’t waste our time setting up digital conversations with ourselves.
  4. Everybody is trying to imitate us. Nothing says more about how legit we are than the fact that every day, somebody else claims they ARE us. Why? Because they know we’re a real business, because they know we get real results, and because they know we have lots of happy customers. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, they say.
  5. We were endorsed by Jesus. If that’s not legit… well, we worry for your soul. Literally.
  6. We’re too legit to quit. Really. We’ve been at this for 11 glorious years. How many businesses fail after  3 years? 5? 10? Lots. Even more so in this digital age, and triply so in the weird world of online writing services. We have no intent of stopping any time soon. We’re starting a revolution.

It’s great to ask if we are legit, but ultimately, asking is a waste of time, because our legitimacy has been overwhelmingly proven over the years.

Sure, you could doubt and hate us. Lots of people do. But why should you trust our competitors when they only disparage us in disguise?

Instead of asking or leaving it to chance, why not post a project today and see for yourself? Put us to work, and we’ll put words in your mouth.
